factor-a was founded in 2015 by e-commerce-entrepreneurs and experts Alexander Graf, Adrian Hotz and Markus Fost.
The service company supports manufacturers in all operative questions of increasing sales, brand strategy and des quality management on Amazon. factor-a has been subsumed as a business area of the newly-founded The Global Marketplace Group GmbH – TGMG since September 2016. Brand manufacturers with factor-b und factor-c can also find specialised full-service areas for eBay and the Chinese marketplaces Tmall (Alibaba Group) and JD.com under this umbrella. Under the leadership of the experienced entrepreneurs Marc Aufzug and Dominik Bors, TGMG takes a technology-orientated approach. This includes the optimisation of product data (MPO), market place advertising (MPA) and the entire data-driven Account-Handling (MPI) along with supporting software tools.
