There are two ways to get involved: taking a stake in your existing start-up or taking on the role of co-founder in one of our incubation projects. Option 1: Investment in your startup
You have built a business, achieved initial traction and are looking for a partner who combines capital with operational strength. FOSTEC Ventures typically invests from Series A onwards, with investment amounts ranging from 200 Tsd. to 2 Mio. EUR. FOSTEC Ventures devises its own business models and refines existing concepts, which we implement together with suitable founding teams, starting from the idea or seed phase. - Proactive entrepreneurial involvement: Where necessary, we bring entrepreneurial expertise and management capacity directly into the portfolio company and help shape its development, rather than merely financing it.
- Own capital, swift decision-making: As a private equity firm, we invest using our own capital. We make decisions without external investors and therefore quickly.
- Evergreen rather than fund-based logic: We take a long-term view with no predetermined holding period, thereby allowing scope to pursue sustainable objectives.
- Value creation through substance: For us, value is created through operational improvements, aligning the organisation with the business model and sustainable growth, not through transactions.
